Supply and distance selling of dietary supplements in tablets based on plant extracts, formulated to support physiological respiratory function and overall body wellness. The product sheet describes dosages, extracts, and bottle sizes. Visual assets are for illustrative purposes; outer packaging design may vary slightly.

Order submission is complete at the end of the checkout process. You will receive a summary by email; the sale is finalized when the package leaves the warehouse. We may cancel an order due to depleted stock or inconsistent delivery details, promptly refunding the entire amount.

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping charges appear in the cart before the final decision. Payment options: Bank transfer. If a clearly incorrect figure appears before the batch is dispatched, we will adjust the amount, leaving you the choice between confirmation and cancellation.

Images display our actual product. Color reproduction varies based on your screen and natural lighting. Slight color variation is inherent to the product and does not constitute a defect. You can find the composition and extracts in the information sheet.

We are responsible for the package's condition until it arrives at its destination. Responsibility transfers to you upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the box, report it immediately to the courier and contact us within 48 hours.

We accept returns of the package within 30 days of receipt, according to our return policy. Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), products are covered by a twenty-four-month legal guarantee of conformity for manufacturing defects, provided the bottles were stored according to label instructions.

• Customized items or products made to measure for the customer
• Products liable to deteriorate rapidly or with a short shelf life
• Sealed dietary supplements and tablets opened after delivery, not eligible for return for hygienic and health protection reasons pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code
• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
• Digital content or sealed media unsealed after delivery

The liability of Wessles S.r.l. toward the customer, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, is limited to the total amount actually paid for the disputed order. Nothing in this document limits statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Purchasing requires a minimum age of 18 years. Take the tablets according to the label. This botanical supplement does not replace medical advice.

These general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Italian Republic, and the court of residence or domicile of the consumer in Italy has jurisdiction over any civil dispute. If a direct resolution does not settle the dispute, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of our registered office. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
