Any item purchased on Wessles can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Here you will find terms, practical steps, direct costs, and processing times for your refund.
Conditions
Returns are accepted within a strict deadline of 30 days from the date of receipt. Products must arrive in their original, intact packaging, with the safety seal under the cap and the outer wrap untampered with, complete with sealed, unused blisters.
Return procedure
- Submit the withdrawal request to the support email address, stating the order number and reason
- Receive the RMA return authorization code and shipping instructions with the storage facility address
- Carefully pack the bottle in the original package with protective cushioning material
- Refund credit via bank transfer within 3-10 business days of successful inspection of the returned batch
Who pays return shipping
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, costs are covered by us via a prepaid label or scheduled pickup. For standard returns, return shipping is at your expense, with no additional fees deducted.
Refund timing and method
We issue the refund within 3 business days of internal verification. If you paid cash on delivery, the amount is transferred to the bank account you provide. If you paid by bank transfer, the funds are returned to the same account. Bank processing times range between 1 and 5 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange a formula or size, return the package and place a separate order. We will refund the returned item once the package arrives at our facility. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, standard shipping on the replacement order is free.
Cancelling an order
