Shipments of Wessles respiratory wellness dietary supplements are handled with full logistical support throughout Italy. Each order is processed and entrusted to qualified express couriers to guarantee the complete preservation of the botanical active ingredients during transport.

Doorstep delivery

Courier delivery to the specified address. For shipments over €45, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery.

Pickup point

Pickup at an affiliated collection point or parcel locker. Items remain available for 7 days before being returned to sender.

Delivery times refer only to business days from dispatch. Islands and remote areas may require 1-2 additional days.

Standard shipping with no extra fee above €45 in Italy; below this amount, the rate is €4.90.
Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.
Purchases completed before 16:00 on business days leave our warehouse the same day.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product remains intact and in its original packaging.

Order processing

Orders confirmed by 16:00 on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on holidays ship the following business day. A summary notification is sent immediately after purchase.

Bottles and tablet blister packs are protected by airtight tamper-evident seals and placed in heat-protective boxes with triple-layer shockproof padding to preserve nutritional properties from temperature fluctuations and mechanical vibrations.

Tracking your parcel

Once the shipment is dispatched, the customer receives an automatic notification via email and SMS containing a unique tracking code to monitor package status in real time.

Lost or delayed parcel

If there are no tracking updates for 5 business days, write to [email protected] with your order reference. We will check the shipment with the carrier. We can arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund within 10 business days of your message.

Damaged on arrival

If a package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the recipient must accept the package with specific reservations, noting the issue with the courier, and contact customer support within forty-eight hours with photographic proof of the packaging.

Payment methods

Bank transfer

We accept bank transfers to the company account. You can find the IBAN at the end of the form and in the summary message. Dispatch takes place after payment is recorded, usually within one business day.

Available methods: Bank transfer. We never ask for banking credentials or codes via text message or phone call.

Delivery outside Italy

We ship to a selected list of countries. Rates and estimated delivery times appear at checkout before final payment. Customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
